1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using PowerToHouse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PowerToHouse is a Texas electricity analysis tool that helps you scan and compare Electricity Facts Labels (EFLs), track electric bills, simulate usage costs, generate savings reports, and monitor electricity rates. The App is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or energy procurement advice.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers subscription plans (Pro and Premium) billed monthly or annually, as well as one-time feature purchases. By subscribing or making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the displayed price through our payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time from within the App or by contacting us at powertohouse@indashcrease.com.

4. Refund Policy

One-time purchases are non-refundable once the feature has been accessed. Subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of the most recent billing cycle, at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at powertohouse@indashcrease.com.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or making purchases.
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App's operation.
• Not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of PowerToHouse and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that electricity plan data, rates, or savings estimates are accurate, complete, or current. You are responsible for verifying all plan details directly with the electricity provider before enrolling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerToHouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any decisions made based on the information provided.

9. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Power to Choose, electricity providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites.

10. Advertising

The free tier of the App displays advertisements served through Google AdSense. Ad content is governed by Google's policies and is not endorsed by PowerToHouse. Premium and Pro subscribers receive an ad-free experience.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
